This organization works for the development of the social system and to discipline the general people. Without co-operation from the citizens, the government cannot administer and develop the country alone. Centre, along with the government will work to control the issues which create disorders in the society. There are only 1, 40,000 police personnel to serve this huge population. It is a matter
of concern how it is possible for only 1, 40,000 police personnel to control the law and order situation of the whole country. If we look mathematically, there is only 1 police personnel for the security of per 1142 people. Day by day, patriotism and humanity are declining among the general people of our country which is dangerous for our future generation. From now on, we have to work to awaken patriotism and humanity among the people. Human being naturally is born with greediness and selfishness. The society and the country can be benefited by the people who can control their greediness and selfishness. Here by greediness and selfishness, we are referring to personal achievements which are gained by harming others. My thoughts and work is to serve the country and the nation. We consequently try to make people understand that one’s personal achievements will not benefit the society unless s/he shares some of it with the society. Personal property does not last long, but if you serve the humanity you will be honored and remembered for ages. Then there are some cheats who indulge in personal benefits in the name of being patriotic and humane. This demotivates the true patriots and human rights activists to go forward with the noble works for the humanity, thus our society suffers a lot. Many people get involved in illegal activities with the excuse of getting rid from poverty. In this way, without being aware, they actually are fastening themselves with endless poverty. So, our earnest request to all is to utilize their aims and talents for the greater development of the country throwing off their needs, complaints, hesitation and selfishness. Then we can witness how our country reaches the peak of development in no time. The regular unexpected deaths, loss of property and amputations that occurs in our country are mainly because of road accidents, vehicle stealing, drug related crimes, murdering, robbery, snatching, torture on women, “Unconscious Party”, eve-teasing, attack on police, cheating and land dispute and the likes. The criminal behind these crimes are arrested and sent to the court , but they come out of jail through bail and get involve in crimes again. For this treason tendency of causing crimes cannot be reduced. Sometime some dishonest brokers take money and manage bailing out of criminals, who are not eligible for bail through, use of false documents. Later these criminals become internationally wanted criminals. Many blame the politicians for the present conditions of the country; many think of alternative political party in this situation how logical is it to think so? We have to remember that there are two groups of people who present truth with the aid of lies; they are (1) Politicians and (2) Magicians. When we see magic tricks by magicians, what we see seems to be true to us, but we are not aware of the actual lie behind the magic, which is known only by the magician himself. I still do not have the courage to describe politics. We just cannot expect development of our country by blaming the politicians or any person or any party. For that, we have to make our general public conscious and properly educated and lead them to proper discipline and rules and regulations. In a word, to develop a beautiful country and nation, the general people must be conscious and disciplined. For that, it is your duty and responsibility to cooperate the P.G.I. Centre
The officials of P.G.I. Centre will collect the bio-data/finger print of every person and store them in the P.G.I. Anybody will be able to access these data through internet and learn whether there is any criminal records/complaints against somebody. Suppose that you want to recruit employee for your house or institution or driver for your car. If that person’s details are recorded in the P.G.I. Centre, he will not able to escape after harming you. As his details will be in the P.G.I centre, and before his new recruitment, if the employer check his records, his previous deeds no mater good or bad will be disclosed. But for this to happen, all the employers need to come forward and help collect the data and records of his/her employees into the P.G.I centre. Each data entry will ensure safer society and help reduces criminal activities. P.G.I centre will not tag someone as criminal or innocent by itself, it rather will just collect the feedbacks(positive and/or negative) given for an employee whose data has been previously entered; hence, later on others can view the employee’s data and records before recruiting him/her.
