**🌿 Free Parents, Carers & Families Workshop, Tomorrow at The Buzz! 🌿**

Are you supporting a young person experiencing mental health challenges?

Tomorrow, Raising Minds will be joining us at The Buzz Yarrabilba Community Centre - powered by YMCA to deliver their Resourcing Your Journey workshop, designed specifically for parents, carers, families, and kin supporting children and young people with mental health concerns.

This free workshop provides an opportunity to connect with others who understand the challenges you may be facing, learn practical strategies to support your own wellbeing, and explore ways to build resilience while continuing to support your young person.

Today we proudly hosted our Seniors Networking Meeting, bringing together an amazing group of agencies, organisations, and service providers all passionate about supporting our community.

The room was filled with great conversations, fresh ideas, and valuable resource sharing. We loved seeing so many people come together with a shared vision of creating more opportunities, connections, and support for our local seniors.

We can't wait to see what grows from these partnerships and all the wonderful things we can bring to our community together! 💛
