Our Support worker can assist you in creating and maintaining the community support of your choice based on your Personalised plan. We can help with:

Attending community, social, and recreational activities
Accessing education programs visiting family and friends

Home care is now provided to all older Australians in a much more equitable manner.

Following a successful application, your Home Care package is now assigned based on your individual care needs and personal circumstances, not just the length of time you've been waiting for care.

You now have more control over the home care services you receive. You choose your home care provider, which completely replaces the old allocation process.

Furthermore, you now have the option of changing your home care provider as your needs or circumstances change.
