People with asthma are encouraged to plan for a spring thunderstorm or asthma emergency.

✅ Reach out and listen to them, without feeling the need to give advice right away.
✅ Keep inviting them to get together, even if they often can’t make it.
✅ Support them in finding time for their own appointments, hobbies, and rest.
✅ Ask them what kind of support they need, instead of guessing.
