This FRYday FRIday the Teneriffe Lions are back at Bunnings Warehouse Australia Newstead to put some sizzle on the sausage!

We have sausages, a variety of bread, grilled onions, and icy cold cans of soft drink that all must go at ludicrously low prices! No discounts needed with our prices! All excess funds will go to help local causes!

142 Breakfast Creek rd, Newstead, this Fryday Friday 9am-2pm, which means we're open for all the important meals! Breakfast, Brunch, Morning Tea, Elevensies, Lunch, Afternoon Snacks, and an Early Afternoon Tea! This Fryday Friday! 04/09!

National Meals on Wheels Day celebrations were held across the country and Crosby Park Meals on Wheels had our own celebrations with clients. Thank you everyone - clients & families, volunteers, staff and Government agencies for your support over the years - we appreciate you all !!

Hey uh... if we were at Bunnings Warehouse Australia not from 9 to 5, but 9 to 2, Friday 28/08 would you come Two Doors Down to buy a snag for good causes? If you need a Coat of Many Colours, you can get your paint cans from up stairs and be The Seeker of snags. It'll feel like a Dagger Through the Heart you won't be served by someone called Jolene with eyes of emerald green and auburn hair, but a cold soft drink will soothe that burning disappointment. It'll be in the Light of a Clear Blue Morning while we start putting some sizzle into snags and if you bring your kids, it won't be To Daddy but from dad. Heads up silly sausages, these silly sausages will be back at Bunnings Warehouse Australia at Newstead giving sausages some sizzle this Friday, 21/08, between 9am-2pm and serving serious(-ly good) sausages for serious local causes.

So, much like on The Price is Right, you should come on down to Hamm- er, Bunnings Newstead where you don't have to guess the prices, meet some silly sausages serving some serious sausages and see a sausage dog (we're aware of where we're located) and get served some sizzle. This Friday. 21/08. Bunnings. Newstead.

On Sunday 16/08, Lions Kelly, Debbie and Michael helped marshal at the fundraiser for Nueroblastoma research. Yes that first picture includes a dog in eye protection. Even Snoopy knew and wore his PPE. The event raised just over $140,000 for research into Neuroblastoma!

Not every form of charity and service is donating food and money, sometimes it's just donating your time: Lion Debbie organised a garden working bee, last Thursday 13/08, at 3rd Space Fortitude Valley. Fellow gardening helpers were Lions Kelly, Phil, Michael and friend of Teneriffe Lions Peter.

Teneriffe Lions will be there at Newstead Bunnings for another five hours. It’s a Saturday so good chances of seeing a good pup.

2-4-1! 2-4-1!* That's right! Two days of hosting BBQs, slinging snags, and selling icy cold cans of softdrink. For all the patrons of Warehouse Australia at Newstead. One set of great prices! All proceeds go back to local causes in the area.

The Teneriffe Lions Club will be here, today Friday 14/08 from 9am-2pm, and Saturday 15/08 from 7am-3pm! One of those has t be cheat day right?

Busy Dinner Meeting tonight where we heard from Debbie and Ray from Coffee Brigade Brisbane about their amazing support they give EVERY DAY to those in need, plus New Farm Neighbourhood Centre 's Miranda and Meg about the new Teneriffe Lions Pantry service.
