Many Genders One Voice is a Trans, Gender Diverse, Non-Binary, Sistergirl and Brotherboy Social and Support Group.

This group is made up entirely of volunteers from across the Trans, Gender Diverse, Non-Binary, Sistergirl and Brotherboy communities and their allies. Our Co-Ordinator is Dylan Barrett.

We were founded in 2011 in direct response to the stigma and discrimination Transgender and Ge

nder Diverse people were facing when trying to access gender affirming care. Over time the group has evolved from a health action group to a leadership, social and support group. The group holds a number events throughout the year, most notably Trans Fair Day, Trans Awards and Transgender Day of Remembrance ceremony and the lighting up of the Story Bridge in Transgender colours. Our Values:
Resilience & Resourcefulness
Compassion & Accountability
Creation & Innovation
Leadership & Collaboration
Authenticity & Celebration

Our Goals:
Embracing our true selves and holding space for others to embrace their true selves. Continuing to develop and support community owned language and a commitment to continued learning. Being responsive to evolving community dynamics. Acknowledgement of Self care, boundaries, needs and capacity.

Happy Pans*xual and Panromantic Awareness & Visibility Day! 🩷💛🩵

Today, May 24, we celebrate and uplift Pans*xual and Panromantic people, communities, and experiences, while recognising the importance of visibility, representation, and acceptance in all the diverse ways people connect, love, and build relationships.

Pans*xuality is the romantic, emotional, and/or s*xual attraction to people regardless of gender or as many say, “hearts before parts.”

Panromanticism is similar, but relates specifically to romantic attraction without s*xual attraction.

Today is about visibility, pride, community, and reminding people that every identity and experience is valid and deserving of respect.

💚🖤 It’s Agender Pride Day! 🖤💚

Observed each year on May 19th, Agender Pride Day is a celebration of people who identify as agender , people who may not identify with any gender, or who feel they have no gender at all.

Today is an opportunity to recognise the diversity of gender identities and the importance of creating safe, inclusive, and affirming spaces for people of all genders.

Many Genders One Voice proudly stands alongside our trans, gender diverse, Sistergirl, Brotherboy, and Non-Binary Mob communities.

Today, we celebrate and uplift everyone under the agender umbrella. Your identity is valid, your experiences matter, and you deserve to be seen, respected, and supported.

Today, May 17, marks the International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia, Inters*xism & Transphobia 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️🖤💛❤️

Since launching in 2004, IDAHOBIT has grown into a global day of action, visibility, and solidarity, a reminder that everyone deserves to live safely, openly, and proudly as themselves.

Today is not only about celebration, but also about standing up against discrimination, challenging prejudice, and actively creating inclusive spaces for LGBTIQ+, Sistergirl, and Brotherboy communities.

MGOV encourages everyone to take action today, whether that’s starting conversations, showing support, listening to lived experiences, challenging harmful behaviour, or reflecting on how we can all help build safer and more inclusive communities.

To the organisations, services, community groups, and individuals already doing this work: thank you. Your commitment to inclusion, respect, and equity helps create meaningful change.

This IDAHOBIT, let’s move beyond awareness and into action because every person within our LGBTIQ+, Sistergirl, and Brotherboy communities deserves to feel safe, respected, valued, and celebrated every day. ❤️

To our fellow Star Wars fans,

Happy May the 4th! ✨

In every galaxy, far or near, everyone deserves to be seen, respected, and celebrated for who they are. Today, we’re celebrating the Force and being unapologetically yourself.

Whether you’re channeling Luke Skywalker, embracing the power of Leia Organa, or walking your own path entirely, there’s a place for you here.

The Force is for everyone. 🏳️‍⚧️

Today we acknowledge Le***an Visibility Day, held on April 26 🌈

This day is an opportunity to celebrate visibility, recognise lived experience, and raise awareness of le***an and same s*x attracted women in all their diversity 💜
It also invites reflection on the history, contributions, and ongoing resilience of le***an communities, who continue to help shape stronger, more inclusive spaces.

We celebrate the many ways le***an identities are lived and expressed across culture, age, ability, and identity ✨ We recognise the importance of living openly and authentically, and the role visibility plays in creating safety, connection, and belonging.

We also uplift the strength, care, and leadership within le***an communities, including friends, partners, chosen families, and support networks that sustain and empower people every day 💌
Visibility is not only about being seen, but about being valued and affirmed.

Importantly, we recognise the visibility and inclusion of trans experiences within le***an communities 🏳️‍⚧️
We acknowledge this has not always been an easy or consistent journey, and that harm has been experienced. We also recognise that trans le***ans and gender diverse people have always been part of these communities.

We affirm our commitment to inclusion, respect, and safety for trans le***ans and gender diverse people 🤝

Today is about visibility, reflection, and continuing to build communities where everyone can show up fully and authentically 🌿

To me, TDOV means recognising that we are all valid, whether we stand loud and proud or move quietly in strength.

There is no single way to be visible, however you show up in the world, you are valid, you are worthy, and you deserve to be seen. 💙💗🤍
