A huge thank you to Aboriginal Employment Strategy - Tamworth for hosting such an amazing day. We had a fantastic time connecting with the community, having some great yarns with the young people about their goals and aspirations, and enjoying a great chat with the team from Birrelee Macs Child Care Centre. Events like these are a wonderful opportunity to build relationships, share knowledge, and support positive pathways for our young people.

β˜•πŸŒΎ We are proud to have been part of the 2026 Tamworth Agricultural Careers Expo at Farrer Memorial Agricultural High School!

Congratulations to the students from Farrer Memorial Agricultural High School who recently completed Food Handling, Barista Skills and Customer Service training with Tamworth Community College in partnership with Regional Industry Education Partnerships (RIEP).

After developing their skills in the lead-up to the event, students had the opportunity to put their training into practice by welcoming exhibitors, providing customer service, and serving coffee throughout the day to the 45+ exhibitors and industry representatives attending the expo.

With more than 1,200 students exploring careers in agriculture and related industries, the expo provided a fantastic real-world learning experience, allowing students to build confidence, professionalism, and valuable workplace skills.

Thank you to RIEP, Farrer Memorial Agricultural High School, and all exhibitors for supporting opportunities that help young people develop practical skills, industry connections, and pathways for their future careers.

We are incredibly proud of the students for embracing this opportunity and representing themselves and their school so well. πŸ‘β˜•πŸŒŸ
