Singleton Family Support Inc. Singleton Family Support Scheme Inc. is a community based organisation incorporated under the Associations Incorporation Act since 1989 Our service aims to:
1.

Our vision is for a strong community where
• children are provided with a safe, nurturing place to grow and become responsible, fulfilled adults,
• families are supported and empowered to reach their potential with equity of access to information and resources, and
• individuals respect others’ choices and take responsibility for their own. Provide practical and emotional support to families and individuals in the community by providing a range of services as needed.
2. Help clients identify areas of concern and make appropriate changes, develop skills, self esteem and self confidence and gain knowledge so that they may function more effectively.
3. Enable clients to develop sufficient skills and self confidence so that they may become increasingly independent of welfare agencies and capable of maintaining themselves as a stable family unit through occasions of stress and crisis.

Thanks so much to the Singleton District Community Op Shop for your generous donation. We are so grateful for the support 💜

Donation time again! We recently made donations to the following local groups:
- Singleton Potters - $6,100 towards their purchase of a replacement kiln
- Witmore Limited $5,500 for a coffee machine for their clients' barista training
- Singleton Family Support Inc. $4,000 for short term practical assistance to clients
- Elizabeth Gates $5,200 for a specialised syringe pump
Here are the groups with some of our volunteers at the cheque handover last week. These donations are only possible thanks to our donators, customers and volunteers who work in the shop.

📷 Thanks to The Singleton Argus for the photo.
