Our Gnarly volunteer legends are taking over the Bunnings BBQ this Father’s Day, slinging snags and raising funds to keep us running free youth programs 🤙

For the colder months, we’re taking a little break from opening The Neighbourhood on Sundays.

We’ve been running 7 days a week since day one, with weekends always being a free space for young people to skate and hang out. 🏠

For now, we’re taking Sundays to slow down a little, get outside, spend some extra time with our own kids and, of course, go skate. 🛹❤️

We’re also cooking up an awesome new program for Sundays, so they’ll be back! 🤙🏼

Until then, we’ll see you Monday to Saturday.

At Gnarly Neighbours, we work with young people every day, and we know how important it is that they grow up surrounded by positive role models, healthy relationships, respect and safe places to belong. 🏠

That means speaking up when something isn’t right. It means challenging harmful behaviour. It means listening, supporting and showing our young people what respect looks like through our own actions.

We’re proud to stand alongside Rotary Club of Seymour and our wider community as they begin their 16-week Monday Messages leading into the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence.

Because safer homes, safer relationships and a safer Seymour start with us. 🤙🏼

🔥 Bunnings BBQ fundraiser tomorrow 🌭

We’re firing up the BBQ at Bunnings tomorrow Saturday 25th and we’d love to see our community roll through. 🛹

Whether you’re chasing hardware, “just looking”, or simply hungry, swing past, grab a snag and help fuel something much bigger. 🏠🤙🏼

Every dollar goes straight back into creating free skate sessions, breakfasts, mentoring, creative workshops and safe spaces for young people who need them most. ♻️
