It was an absolutely beautiful morning for our 384th event today! Well done to all our participants and special congratulations to all milestone achievers!

A big thank you to all the volunteers! Without volunteers we cannot go ahead so please consider joining our wonderful team of volunteers. Next week’s roster is looking very healthy with just one opportunity available! We need a timekeeper. Without this role, everyone receives a time of 59.59 so please think about putting your hand up!

This week 290 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 42 were first timers and 34 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 11 different clubs took part.

Seacliff Esplanade parkrun started on 18th August 2018. Since then 12,732 participants have completed 82,400 parkruns covering a total distance of 412,000 km, including 12,068 new Personal Bests. A total of 889 individuals have volunteered 6,328 times.

What a great morning it turned out to be.
