What a beautiful morning of storytelling with Beth. We were lucky enough to meet Beth’s puppet Baby Monkey. The children were such fantastic co-constructors of the story. We absolutely loved hearing their ideas brought to life.

This morning we made cards for loved ones as Father’s Day approaches. We value all our families and how a supportive village is a blessing.

I always love seeing the before and afters at playgroup in our play spaces. Lots of evidence of experimenting, collaboration and joy. Book week was a favourite. Time flew by as we read stories, used the language in our book of the week to encourage music making and reenacted stories through small world and sensory play.

We got messy today. Making sprinkle cones for I… ice cream this week. Watch this space as week dance into next week-book week. A symphony of stories.

Last week we had a blast with H…helicopter. We got our best dance moves on with our scarf propellers.
We want to know. Do your children have a favourite song to groove to at home?

Another fantastic week with new faces joining us. It is wonderful to see new explorers. If you are puzzled on ways to invite new play at home, come and join us. We love to show a variety of play and ideas that can be carried out in your own home.

Last week we had so much fun exploring F fish. We tested how slippery they were with magnets and created our own coral reefs. It was great to see everyone. Next week is Go for Green. Come in green and let’s see all the green we can find.
