A fun-filled, unforgettable way to celebrate your next birthday! Come and Party with us in the gym!

With the whole venue to yourself, qualified gymnastics coaches, and a giant foam pit, you’re a hop, step and a flip away from booking the “Best Birthday Ever” for your little one. We invite children aged 4-12 years old, of all abilities, to jump on our in-ground trampoline, crawl through the giant foam pit, swing on the bars, tumble on the floor and play gymnastics-related birthday party games und

er the instruction and supervision of our qualified coaching staff. Our Parties are self-catered, and for two hours you will have sole use of the entire venue, access to our newly renovated kitchen facilities, and a fully set-up party room, whilst our coaching staff run the party for you! In the thick of the April School Holidays! 🤸🏼

Huge shoutout to our coaches on board these holidays, we have hosted 3 Open Gymnastics Clinics and 8 school groups from all over Adelaide 🤩
Welcoming over 500 children into the gym this April, we had to pinch ourselves that this is how we get to spend the school holidays!
Our holiday clinics are the best way to try gymnastics before committing to a whole term, or just a fun way to spend the day!
If you missed out these school holidays - keep an eye on our social media for our July Open Clinics, which will be released mid June 🙌🏻

Already thinking ahead to next year? Our Summer School Holiday Clinics are here! 🌞🌞

Come and spend 2 hours in our air conditioned gym with our qualified and experienced gymnastics coaches this January!

Tumble on our brand new tumbling trampoline, jump into our recently fluffed up foam pit, swing on our bars and balance on the beams - the 2 hours FLIES by!

Perfect for children aged 4-12yrs old, with any level of gymnastics experience 🤩

As part of our Holiday Clinic offering this December, we are hosting our popular Dance Acro Workshop!

On Thursday 18th December, competition coaches Bre and Pip will be teaching advanced tumbling skills like back handsprings, walkovers and aerials, along with lots of fun dance acro tricks!

For 2 hours, this small group class will include a dance warm up, lots of practice of the fundamental skills, and plenty of drills and help from our experienced and qualified gymnastics coaches.

Pre-requisite skills for this class include: a handstand, cartwheel and a bridge kickover.

Looking back on photos from Leonardo’s Superhero Party to celebrate his 4th birthday few weeks ago 🕸️🕸️🕸️

We love creating memories in the gym! This was such a fun party and Leonardo loved his birthday gift from us - a mask and cape that he could wear! ⚡️⚡️

Our Superhero theme can be added to any party booking 🦹‍♀️

We only have two more parties available for booking for 2025!
They include Saturday 13th December at 4.30pm, and Saturday 20th December at 4.30pm.

We love the School Holidays! 🥰

This week, we welcomed 490 children into the gym during our Open Clinics and Holiday Clinics for local primary schools and OSHC groups.

It is always so amazing to see children that have never tried gymnastics give it go, swing on the bars, jump into the foam pit, balance on a beam or roll down a wedge 🤸🏼‍♀️🤸🏻‍♂️

Huge thanks to our incredible coaching team, these sessions don’t happen without you, and your care, passion and energy!

Looking forward to doing it all again next week, after a relaxing long weekend 🙌🏻

PLEASE MEET // SCARLETT ✨

We are very excited to welcome Scarlett to the Parties and Holiday Clinics team! Scarlett is also an ex-competition gymnast, and has now turned her love for the sport into coaching 🥰

Scarlett has been coaching in Koorana’s Gymnastics For All program for 2 and a half years now, and has experience coaching in Vacation Care and holiday programs across other community centres.

Scarlett is such a caring, kind and welcoming coach, and just loves to help children have fun in the gym. We are so grateful for Scarlett joining our team, and we absolutely love working alongside her!
