Have you or someone you love been affected by cancer. Unfortunately the answer for many of us would be 'Yes'. This year I am doing the Daffodil Day 2026 - Dip for Cancer. I have elected to take a dip in cold water 4 times during August. Please give thought to sponsoring me to take this challenge, after all it will be mine that will 'frozen off the brass monkey'.

If you think that this is a great cause like I do, please give what ever you can to help find a cure for this disease. Each of my dips will be videoed and posted so you can be assured that it has happened. I will even wear the Daffodil Day bathing cap that is supplied.

We’ve had the group photo, now we’re gathering in the House of Reps Chamber for an update on all the good work Vinnies is doing in the Canberra Region. We were told earlier that our Vinnies Canberra Region combined total had just reached the target of $900,000. A great effort from the area.

Good morning all. Don't forget the annual Queanbeyan Rodeo is on again today. Gates open at 11am with the main event starting at 4pm. For a great day rock on up to the rodeo with family and friends. You won't be disapponted.
