Morning Shedders!

We're in the process of incorporating and we're putting out an EOI in the hopes of filling a final position on the board!

We are especially keen to hear from Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islanders, women, those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and people living with disability.

Previous board experience is not essential!

The time has come to put the call out for volunteers!!

We're looking for expressions of interest from people who would like to volunteer their time to help continue running Craft in the Park.

We're hoping to find folks who would be able to dedicate some time every month to planning and hosting events as part of a team. We're creating a committee so that no single person has to dedicate a huge amount of time.

We're back! Craft in the Park is on this weekend 💅🥳💃
Come join us from 12pm in Hyde Park on Sunday 21st Sept for a crafting event.

Don't have a craft to bring along? No stress, we're making earrings! You can make your own, adapt one's from a generous donation, or turn some into clip on if you dont have any piercings.

Hey! Remember us?

It's been a while since we've had a Craft in the Park event. To be honest the weather just hasn't been on our side! We've also be focussing on securing funding to get the shed off the ground so we haven't had as much time to plan events. But we're brainstorming ideas so we can all get our craft fix throughout winter.

In the mean time, we're still running our community fundraiser! Get around it if you want to secure yourself one of the founding memberships, or a shed shirt, or a sticker pack, or or or lots of other things!

We're well on our way to realising our goal of $25,000 to help get us incorporated, insured, and closer to making the shed a reality.

April’s Craft in The Park event was so much fun. Thanks to everyone who came down 💜🌈

Due to limited capacity within the team, we will not be holding a Craft in the Park event this month. See y’all in the extra gay month of June 🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈
