💜Meet Neilson & Neppy💜
Neilson and Neppy are a bonded pair who are looking for their forever home together. This gentle duo share a real soft spot for each other, they search for one another and feel safe and settled when they're side by side.
Neilson is a shy and gentle boy who takes a little time to come out of his shell. While he isn't a fan of being picked up, he loves gentle pats and will happily share space with his humans once he feels comfortable and settled. He has a playful side and enjoys interactive play, but one of his biggest loves is food. He is very food motivated and isn't shy about letting everyone know when it's mealtime, and he even has his own special meow the moment anyone touches the cupboard.
Neppy is a very sweet but nervous girl who is still learning that humans can be trusted. She is sensitive to change, loud noises and fast movements, so she will need a calm and patient home that can give her the time she needs to settle in at her own pace. She isn't a fan of being picked up or handled, but she does enjoy gentle chin scratches and pats around her head once she feels comfortable. She has a distinct little squeak meow, and is very sweet to watch when she spots another cat, she'll run over, rub against them and shake her tail with excitement.
Together, Neilson gives Neppy the confidence to come out of her shell, and Neppy gives Neilson a companion who understands him. Both are comfortable around respectful dogs that give them their space, and they'll do best in a calm, patient home willing to give them the time they need to build trust and confidence together.

- Our cats must be kept indoors only or have access to an enclosed cat run.
- These two cuties need a forever family by the 8th of September!
- Neilson has FIV and occasional skin allergy flare ups needing a short course of steroids. 9 Lives is willing to cover his medical costs for life relating to his skin issues and anything FIV related.
