π« Workplace bullying doesn't always look obvious.
It can show up through exclusion, rumours, constant criticism, intimidation, discrimination, or behaviours that make someone feel undervalued, isolated, or unsafe at work.
The effects can be serious, leading to anxiety, stress, insomnia, low self-esteem, loss of confidence, reduced motivation, and depression.
π No one should have to experience this at work.
Creating a respectful workplace starts with empathetic communication, inclusive leadership, safe reporting channels, and a culture where everyone feels valued and heard.
If you're experiencing workplace bullying:
βοΈ Document incidents where possible
βοΈ Set boundaries if it is safe to do so
βοΈ Talk to someone you trust
βοΈ Seek professional support
Don't normalize workplace bullying. Everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and supported at work.
