🎄Some of the Hannah’s House team volunteered their time to join in a Wrap, Pack & Busy Bee at Nations Church Myaree at the weekend, helping pack Christmas hampers full of goodies that will be distributed far and wide during the festive season.

As Hannah’s House families were last year gifted these generous hampers at our Family Christmas Party, this was a special opportunity to give back that we could not pass up.🎁

Sometimes, the most meaningful impact happens beyond the program itself.
Recently, Sue, a Play Specialist at attended a birthday party and was delighted to see several families from the Playtime Program celebrating together, with some even travelling long distances to join in! 🥳

It was a beautiful reminder that the program does more than create opportunities for play. It helps families build lasting friendships, find support and feel part of a community that truly understands them.

At WA Charity Direct, we're incredibly proud to support Hannah’s House and its Playtime Program, helping create meaningful connections that extend far beyond each session.

Because every child deserves the joy of play, and every family deserves a community they can count on. 💙

🎩🔮✨Oh my, our Children's Week Magic Party was full of awe, laughter and fun, thanks to Al Kazam the Magic Man - Perth Magician!

We are so grateful to Meerilinga, Lotterywest, Department of Communities and Education WA for their generous grant that made this day one to treasure. 🪄✨

And thank you to all of our children and families who made time in their busy calendars to be with us. 🙏🏻💙

💙On Friday November 13, as part of Seniors Week, we are hosting an event to honour the grandparents and other special older people that make a positive difference in the life of children with life-limiting or complex needs.

This event is thanks to Advocare, Lotterywest and the Department of Communities.🙏🏻

So, join us to ensure these selfless seniors feel valued for the important support role they play and allow them to connect with others in a similar position.⭐

We have arranged Barnyard Buddies Mobile Animal Farm to entertain you all and a photographer to capture all the magical moments.💞

⭐⭐Help us keep families together.⭐⭐

Hannah's House is the only organisation in WA offering pro bono respite care to children with life-limiting or complex conditions, and their families.

Earlier this year, we were invited into the home of the Goebel family to talk about the power of our Pro Bono Respite Program.

This heartwarming story explains why we are eager to ensure the funds we have for this Program do not run out.⭐⭐

Applications are now open for Motor Mouth Camp 2027!

Join Variety WA for a fun-filled weekend celebrating communication, connection and confidence.

This three-day, two-night camp brings together children who use augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) and their families for inclusive activities, parent workshops and opportunities to connect with other families.
