Industrial Hemp Western Australia Association Inc. iH**pWA is a not-for-profit public entity formed to support, educate & advise the WA h**p industry

The objects of the Association are-
to sow the seed, which is the idea, to grow the environmentally sustainable, financially viable and lawfully ethical H**p Industry of Western Australia, into a mature, healthy reality. Industrial H**p Western Australia re-education:
• Share the history of H**p and the possible collective future the plant can provide via, food, fabric, paper, composite plastics,

masonry building products, batteries, bio-fuel and bio-char.
• Present the possible Environmental, Economical and Ethical advantages the plant can provide to WA's growers, farmers, processors, manufactures, producers, wholesalers, retailers and product users.
• Create opportunities for private investment to design, engineer and construct H**p processing plants, bio-char facilities and faming equipment in WA using the latest technologies while creating sustainable regional employment for generations. Industrial H**p Western Australia information network:
• Provide a publicly accessible, user friendly, educational website.
• Build iH**pWA membership and support.
• Foster the principals of fairness and caring, love and respect, trust and transparency within the WA H**p industry.
• Support and represent WA's growers, farmers, processors, manufactures, producers, wholesalers, retailers and product users.
• Create a database/network of men/women and businesses within/for the WA H**p industry.
• Develop and deliver informative/interactive presentations to re-educate: from entry age school children to the growers on the land to public/private investors.
• Align/network with Industrial H**p Associations/organisations in other states.
• Create a national body to work with/inform/educate/lobby legislators at a Federal level.
• Align/network with Industrial H**p organisations globally. Industrial H**p Western Australia Association Inc funding:
• Source public/private financial support to foster the objects of the Association.
• Create employment for passionate people to foster the objects of the Association.
• Facilitate events/celebrations/information stalls.

𝐇𝐞𝐦𝐩 𝐅𝐚𝐫𝐦 𝐭𝐨 𝐁𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐭 𝐔𝐩 𝐚𝐭 𝐁𝐔𝐀𝐍 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐞

European company, H**p Innovations Europe will establish an industrial h**p farm at the Botswana University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (BUAN) lands in Sebele, in partnership with the Botswana Investment and Trade Centre (BITC).

BITC Chief Executive Officer Keletsositse Olebile announced the project during the Investment Pledges session at the ongoing Global Expo, describing it as a key step toward sustainable agriculture and economic diversification.

The company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with NARDI and plans to expand the project with the Mookane community after the pilot phase in Sebele.

Founder and CEO Claus Dahlen said industrial h**p can produce more than 50,000 bioproducts, including h**pwood, h**pcrete, textiles, and nutritional products.

“H**p uses less water, improves soil quality, and offers major job creation potential, especially for women and young people,” Dahlen said.
