PeaceWise

PeaceWise PeaceWise is all about people! We love to see relationships restored, tough issues handled and people growing closer to God...

We exist to provide practical help and real hope to a conflict-weary world. We help individuals, organisations and communities learn life-changing biblical peacemaking principles and build cultures of peace. We teach personal peacemaking and Christian conflict resolution skills, provide Christian mediation and other help for conflict situations and share the reconciling power of the gospel of Jesu

s Christ. All our teaching has a strong biblical foundation, and we seek to be instruments of God’s love in all we do. We run training in Christian conflict resolution all over the country, and can tailor training just for your group or organisation. Our website is rich in free material to help you learn principles of dealing well with conflict - whether it's conflict in the workplace, conflict at home, family conflict, church conflict - the principles we teach apply in every situation. We also have regular peacemaking meetings - called 'hubs' - where people can come together to learn more of how to apply biblical peacemaking principles in their lives, practice skills, share, pray and be encouraged by a small group that's fun and supportive. We warmly encourage you to join the PeaceWise community!

Our children are always watching, especially in moments of conflict.

The way we respond to everyday tensions can shape how they understand relationships, repair, and grace.

This week’s devotion, as featured in our latest edition of "Peace it together", explores how God can use even small conflicts to form peacemakers in our home.

In the final days before the cross, accusations, betrayal and humiliation surrounded Jesus. Yet in the middle of it all, he chose a different posture, not retaliation, but humble surrender to the Father’s will.

Like a lamb led to the slaughter, he remained silent. Not because he was powerless, but because he willingly chose the path that would bring forgiveness, reconciliation and new life.

This Easter, consider what it might look like to carry Christ’s posture of humility, restraint and love into your relationships.

📱 During Easter week, we’re also sharing daily scripture reflections in the PeaceWise app, helping you reflect on Christ’s humility from Good Friday through to Resurrection Sunday. Download the app to receive them each day.

When conflict comes, our instinct is often to run. But scripture invites us to a different response - turning to Jesus and enduring with him.

In this week's devotion, PeaceWise trainer, mediator and conflict coach Wendy Konemann reflects on Romans 5:3-4, showing how challenges can shape our character, deepen our hope, and glorify God. Instead of seeing conflict as something to escape, we’re invited to see it as an opportunity for growth and faithful courage.
