The Filipino Australian Friendship Association of Geelong Inc. (FAFAG) proudly invites you to celebrate a remarkable milestone — our 45th Anniversary Gala Dinner.

As Victoria’s oldest Filipino club in continuous operation, FAFAG has spent 45 years building connections, preserving culture, supporting community wellbeing, and creating a place where generations of Filipinos and friends of the Philippines can come together.

From humble beginnings in 1981, our organisation has grown through the spirit of bayanihan, volunteerism and friendship. Together we have celebrated our culture, supported newcomers, nurtured future leaders, and created lasting memories for thousands across Geelong and beyond.

It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Jan, the beloved wife of John McKinnin, who passed away early Sunday morning.

On behalf of all past and present members of the Filipino Australian Friendship Association of Geelong Inc (FAFAG), the Committee has extended our heartfelt condolences to John and his family during this incredibly difficult time.

John has requested the company of our members as he gathers with family and friends to honour and remember his beautiful wife.
