Narrabeen Beach SLSC Nippers Narrabeen Beach Nippers provides surf safety awareness, junior lifesaving education, competitive surf sports, and confidence for children ages 5-13

Getting your children involved in Surf Lifesaving is very rewarding for the children and parents alike, teaching essential life skills, making new friends, keeping fit, and giving you peace of mind that as they grow older, they have the skills and knowledge to be safe when visiting the beach. The Nippers program commences in October and concludes in late March each year, with a break over the Chri

stmas period. Start times each week are 9.15am for roll call. The progam is open to boys and girls aged 5-13 (determined as at midnight on the 30th September). Parents are encouraged to participate too! As Age Manager’s (and assistants), Water Safety, Competition Officials, Sausage-Sandwich makers, and more! Narrabeen Beach SLSC also hosts the Narrabeen Junior Carnival in January each year. Want to sign up and join in? Instructions on our website, here:

And that’s a wrap ! Well done to all our amazing nippers for their achievements this year as we celebrate the end of the season. Huge thankyou to everyone who has helped make it a great year - all the water safety, bbqing, kid wrangling, packing up, setting up. We hope you’ve enjoyed the 25/26 season and can’t wait to see you back again for 26/27!

Congratulations all nippers wrapping up the season today ! What a day to finish. It’s been a super fun 25/26 summer of making friends, trying our best, learning new skills and growing confidence 💛💜

A huge thankyou to everyone who has helped out this season with water safety, age management , the bbq , pack up, set up, general kid wrangling - all that effort is appreciated 🙏🙏

Bronze Course & New Member Introduction Day 🌊

We’ll be running another Bronze Medallion course in early February, and to kick things off we’re inviting prospective members to our Member Introduction Day. Please share this this around and come along as well!

⏰ 9:30 AM till 11:30 AM

The doors will be open for anyone wanting to learn more about joining Narrabeen, our facilities and undertaking the bronze course. Plenty of us will be around to answer questions and share info.

The morning also coincides with our Club Championships so bring swimmers!
