🌿 PCYC WELLNESS WEDNESDAY 🌿

Feeling stressed, overwhelmed or finding it hard to switch off?

If traditional meditation isn’t for you,

EFT Tapping may be a simple practice to try. 🤍

Here’s how to get started:

1️⃣ Get comfortable
Take a slow breath and notice how you’re feeling.

2️⃣ Choose what you want to focus on
For example: “I’m feeling stressed and overwhelmed.”

3️⃣ Start tapping gently 👆
Use your fingertips to gently tap through the EFT points:
• Side of hand
• Eyebrow
• Side of eye
• Under eye
• Under nose
• Chin
• Collarbone
• Under arm
• Top of head

4️⃣ Breathe & repeat 🌬️
Take slow breaths while focusing on your thoughts and feelings.

5️⃣ Finish with a reset 🤍
Take one more deep breath and notice how you feel.

⏱️ You only need 3–5 minutes.

Tap. Breathe. Ground. Reset. 🌿

Give it a try this Wellness Wednesday!

🌟 MEMBER OF THE MONTH 🌟

Meet Kristinne! 👏💪

A huge shout-out to our proud member and dedicated group training participant, Kristinne! 🫶

Kristinne shared her inspiring experience with us:

“Being a mum of three, working full-time and juggling all the responsibilities that come with life, finding time for myself hasn’t always been easy.

In 2024, I had a stroke that changed my perspective on life. I was shaken, and I thank God every day 🙏. It was a huge reminder that my health and wellbeing can never be something I put last.

So, I decided to make a change. I started prioritising my health, getting stronger, moving my body and making time for myself — not just for me, but for my family too.

There are days when I’m tired, busy or simply don’t feel like training, but I remind myself that showing up doesn’t have to mean being perfect. It just means taking that one step towards becoming healthier and stronger.” 💪❤️

Kristinne, we are so proud of your strength, resilience and commitment to your health. Thank you for being such an amazing and active part of our group training community! 🥰

Congratulations, Kristinne! You are our 🌟 Member of the Month! 🌟 🏆👏
