Every day in this role is an opportunity to support young people to build confidence, develop independence, and work towards achieving their goals. Through trauma-informed care and positive behaviour support, you’ll help create safe, encouraging environments where young people can thrive.

With a variety of shifts available across our 24/7 roster, including evenings, weekends, and sleepovers, no two days are ever the same. You’ll be backed by a supportive team who values connection, growth, and celebrating progress together.

Today the Thrive House team came together to host Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea in support of Cancer Council Australia 💛☕️

We enjoyed some very yummy snacks, shared plenty of laughs, and it was such a great opportunity to catch up with team members across the business.

💚 Understanding Support Coordination 💚

If you’ve ever looked at your NDIS plan and thought, “Where do I even start?” you’re not alone.

That’s where Support Coordination comes in.

Think of a Support Coordinator as your guide. Their job is to help you understand your plan and connect you with the right supports so you can get the most out of your NDIS funding.

Here’s what they actually do:

✔ Support you to make choices that suit your goals
✔ Help solve problems if something isn’t working
