The second new pedestrian crossing (with speed cushions) has been installed on Parkyn Parade at the Penny Lane intersection. Delivered thanks to a State Government grant and advocacy from the Mooloolaba and Spit Association for a safer Mooloolaba Spit, it’s getting great feedback from holiday makers and residents alike.

M&SA will now be turning its focus on having speed cushions installed in Parkyn Parade at the ice machine, east of the roundabout, to address speeding and hooning on that section of road.
