The best-kept secret about parkrun is that it’s not about running - it’s about bringing people together in public parks and open spaces to have some fun in a friendly, social and supportive environment. You can walk or run the 5k course (pushing a pram or with one dog on a short lead if you want to!), lend a helping hand as a volunteer in a wide range of super-easy roles, or simply spectate and socialise on the sidelines. We meet at 8am every Saturday. Sign up for free before your first parkrun at www.parkrun.com.au/register to get your unique barcode that can be used at any parkrun in the world every weekend morning - forever!

❤️🔴 Parkwalk for Daniel + Halloween 🎃👻
This Saturday, we’re combining two special occasions at parkrun — Day for Daniel and Halloween!
❤️ Wear RED for Daniel

If you’re not familiar with Day for Daniel, it’s Australia’s largest child safety awareness day, held in memory of Daniel Morcombe, a 13-year-old boy who was tragically abducted and murdered in 2003. The day promotes child safety education and helps children learn how to recognise, react and report when they feel unsafe. Wearing red helps honour Daniel’s memory and reminds us of the importance of keeping children safe. ❤️
🎃 Or get into the Halloween spirit!
Dig out your spookiest, funniest or most creative costume and come along for some Halloween fun!
Whether you choose red, a Halloween costume, or a combination of both, we’d love to see you there.
🏃‍♀️ Walk, jog, run or volunteer — everyone is welcome!
Let’s come together as a community to support a great cause, have some fun and enjoy our Saturday morning parkrun.
❤️ Wear RED. 🎃 Dress up. 👟 Get moving.
See you Saturday! 🙌
