New Beginnings Outreach Centre is a charity with tax deductible benefits so for every donation over $2 you can claim back on your tax return. Yah ! You still have 13 days to donate and get the benefits for your tax return.

These donations can help us to improve our services in homelessness and to assist our clients that are doing it tough.
If you are eligible for the fuel voucher but don’t need it then maybe you could donate it to New Beginnings Outreach Centre so that we can help those who are doing it tough.

Stronger Together: New
Beginnings for Lotus Support &
Counselling Services
New Beginnings Outreach Centre Ltd and Lotus are pleased to announce a new partnership arrangement aimed at strengthening support services for vulnerable people across the Mandurah community.
Under the new arrangement, Lotus will continue to operate until they wind up Lotus Inc. in the next 3 months and New Beginnings Outreach Centre will provide a new service called the Lotus program.
This partnership has been formed to help ensure
long-term sustainability, stronger operational support, and expanded opportunities to serve
those experiencing homelessness and
disadvantage.
Both organisations share a common heart for the community — providing free counselling,
practical care, food relief, outreach, and support to individuals and families facing
hardship, with a shared focus on alleviating homelessness in the Mandurah region.
Together, we believe this new season will help build greater capacity, stronger collaboration
with local agencies, and continued
compassionate care for the people in Mandurah.

Thanks to Mayor Amber Kearns for officially opening Starfish Cafe this morning. This has been a work in progress and now we can use these funds raised to support homelessness and services to alleviate homelessness in Mandurah.

Today we had the pleasure of partnering with Amanda Chong and her team in her fundraising effort for Youthcare WA. It was very helpful to have these guys helping put our hampers together and helping in Newbys. Thanks Team. New Beginnings Outreach Centre donated $500 towards this wonderful cause.

Today we opened our Starfish Cafe - soft launch at Newby’s’ Op Shop and Outreach Centre.
Official opening on Friday 29th May. Come in and try our coffee. Proceeds from Starfish Cafe is given back to assisting people experiencing homelessness or to homeless services.

Thank you to all our wonderful volunteers and donors. Last year was amazing! This year we are hoping for an abundance of resources to share.

Hampers are every Thursday but as our numbers have grown so much we have had to ask people to collect fortnightly. Please sign up for your fortnightly hamper but for those who don’t show we have to give away. So there are some extras to go tomorrow.

Newby’s Op Shop is open this Saturday (24th) from 9-1pm but we will be closed for Monday 26th as it’s a public holiday.
Open as usual on n Tuesday 27th January.
