We provide FREE support to young people aged 12 - 25.

headspace Lithgow provides early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds. headspace Lithgow can help young people with mental health, physical health (including sexual health), alcohol and other drug services, and work and study support. headspace Lithgow is NOT a crisis service.
💚 If you have immediate, life threatening concerns and require assistance, please call 000 or attend the

emergency department at your nearest hospital.
💚 For crisis support, call Lifeline (24hrs) on 13 11 14 or text 0477 13 11 14.

Today is National Sorry Day. A day to acknowledge and honour the strength, resilience and ongoing journeys of Stolen Generation survivors, their families and communities. We also recognise the lasting impacts of forced child removal and the ways these continue to affect First Nations children, young people, families and communities today.

At headspace, we believe every First Nations young person has the right to access culturally safe, inclusive and healing-centred support.
