Secretary & Field Protocol Officer Peta and President Paul travelled to Sydney with volunteers and dignitaries from all Emergency Services to pay their respects to those that have lost their lives whilst serving the community.
10 names were added to the Memorial this year in a solemn and moving ceremony, hosted by the Emergency Services Minister Jihad Dib MP with family members , colleagues and friends of those in which we pay tribute to on this important day....

🚨🚨Road Crash Rescue 🚨🚨

The Newell Highway at Ardlethan has re-opened after a crash involving a heavy vehicle and light vehicle towing a trailer.
Initial reports suggested that there was an occupant trapped in the overturned vehicle but was released by the time Rescue operators from Narrandera VRA Rescue Squad and Leeton Rescue Squad - VRA Rescue NSW were on scene.

With alot of extra vehicle movements in and around the region this weekend, we urge all road users to be cautious whilst out and about.
Also don't forget Double Demerits are in force throughout the state over the Long W/end !
