REMINDER: Our Environmental Grant closes on the 1st of May 2026.

Murrumbidgee Field Naturalists are calling for applications for the 2026 Environmental Fund Grants.

Grants of up to $5,000 will be considered to assist with conservation in general, environmental education, increasing biodiversity or enhancing the understanding of the natural environment within the Murrumbidgee Valley.

We have field trips around Griffith, Coleambally, Leeton, Narrandera, and Wagga Wagga and anyone from these regions with a project in mind is welcome to apply.

Our last birdwatching walk for this series πŸ¦†

πŸ‚ Flowerdale Lagoon - 31st March - 6pm
Meeting in the information bay off Edward St West.

Bring: Binoculars, water bottle, mozzie repellent, sunscreen & hat.

We carry a first aid kit and have some binoculars to use if you don’t have a set.
