Jarrahdale Community Playgroup A community-run playgroup for kiddos 0–5. General group Wednesdays 9:15–11:15am; Dads Playgroup Thursdays 9-11am May 14 - July 16 (TRIAL). All welcome.

Sadly dads playgroup tomorrow is postponed due to illness 😷 poor Jo is really unwell! But don’t worry, I’ve lured him in to tack another session on the end so we can just pretend to start next week the 21st instead 😏

One of the things we love about our playgroup is that most of the time we allow our kiddos to choose whatever they want to play with, out of what we have made available. They often choose the sandpit and love each picking a truck to take and share!

Simplicity often wins 🥰

At Jarrahdale Playgroup on Wed 6th May we will be doing some Mother’s Day crafts for our little ones to gift to you.

We will be making heart magnets - painted by our little people with a polaroid photo of mum and kiddo glued on🥰 The funds used to purchase the magnets as well as the film (one of our mums is sharing her polaroid with us) are generously donated from everyone who contributes to the Containers for Change program. Thank you so much to every one for every single container!!

Every eligible 10c container that you donate into the bins outside of Jarrahdale Playgroup helps us purchase resources and other exciting things via the Containers For Change program! Endless thank you to the volunteers who collect, organise, and manage this for us every week. We are so grateful.

These donations are shared with the Jarrahdale Volunteer Bushfire Brigade and the Jarrahdale Primary School P&C.

On Saturday we are having a General Meeting from 10-11am where we will decide where to spend the incoming funds from this community initiative. If you would like to make a suggestion, please come along or message us 🥳
