We are proud to partner with the Southern Grampians Shire Council to celebrate Pride and help to ensure everyone in our community feels seen, valued and accepted 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️💚

Southern Grampians Stands Proud!

This June, Pride Month will be celebrated across the Shire with a series of colourful community events designed to celebrate inclusion, identity and belonging.

From special shopfront displays to local football teams pulling on rainbow socks in support of inclusion, Pride Month is an opportunity to come together and celebrate the diversity that helps make us stronger.

Everyone in our community is valued, supported and welcome. Everybody deserves the opportunity to celebrate who they are.

Keep an eye out for Pride Month activities throughout June and check out our website for more details.

💪 The Push-Up Challenge starts today!

Throughout June, thousands of people across Australia will take on 3,307 push-ups while raising awareness and vital funds for youth mental health and wellbeing.

Behind every push-up is a powerful reminder of why this challenge matters. The target of 3,307 reflects the number of lives lost to su***de in Australia in 2024. Behind every number is a person, and behind every person are families, friends and communities who continue to live with that loss.

Every push-up, donation and conversation helps support young people to access the mental health support they need, when they need it most.

A huge good luck to everyone taking part this year. We'll be cheering you on every step (and push-up!) of the way 💚

Haven't signed up yet? There's still time to join the challenge via the link in our bio.

Not taking part? You can still make a difference by donating to support youth mental health.

Today is National Sorry Day. A day to acknowledge and honour the strength, resilience and ongoing journeys of Stolen Generation survivors, their families and communities. We also recognise the lasting impacts of forced child removal and the ways these continue to affect First Nations children, young people, families and communities today.

At headspace, we believe every First Nations young person has the right to access culturally safe, inclusive and healing-centred support.

If today brings up difficult feelings, support is available. Visit the link below to explore support options.🖤💛❤️
