What an incredible afternoon of connection, community and inspiration at our EmpowerHER Luncheon 🥂 A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the day so special.

From the beautiful lunch at Hotel Lona, to the stunning live music by Amina, and of course our inspiring panellists Lisa Schefman, Melina Bagnato and Sandi Grace who created space for honest, meaningful conversation, we hope you left feeling uplifted, empowered and connected.

We’re feeling incredibly grateful after receiving over 100 pieces of clothing from The Great South Side Women's Clothing Exchange, part of South Side Festival ❤

A huge thank you to everyone involved in making this event such a success. Not only does it bring the community together, but it’s a powerful reminder of how we can all play a role in supporting sustainability, giving beautiful, quality clothing a second life instead of letting it go to waste.

These donations will go directly to supporting the women we serve, helping them feel confident, empowered and ready for the next chapter.

We love seeing initiatives like this that are good for people and the planet!

After a beautiful week celebrating our volunteers as part of National Volunteer Week, I want to take a moment to recognise and acknowledge the incredible individuals who give their time to Dress for Success Victoria.

Every conversation, every styling session, every donation sorted, every smile at the front desk, every encouraging word , it all matters more than you may ever realise.

The women we support are often navigating some of the most vulnerable and uncertain moments in their lives. What our volunteers give them goes far beyond clothing or practical support. They give confidence, dignity, connection and belief. And those moments create a ripple effect that can change the course of someone’s future.

What I believe makes Dress for Success so special is the human connection behind every interaction. The kindness, empathy and encouragement our volunteers show each day leaves a lasting impact on the women we serve.

To all of our volunteers THANKYOU!. We are truly grateful for the time, energy and heart you bring to our organisation. We simply could not do this work without you. ❤️
