In a large glass, add ice cubes (we like 4!) and add a teaspoon of our Lemon Aspen Superfruit Powder and top with Soda Water. Add some sliced lemon or lime if you wish. Thhis is the most refreshing drink ! Perfect for Hot summer days that are around the corner - we've even had a few. The only sugar in this lovely drinklis from the fruit sugars in the powder. Once you taste Lemon Aspen you will know that there is not much fruity sugar in the Lemon Aspen -gloriously and unapologetically tart ! Try in a G & T too.

We have worked with the women from the NPY Women's Council based in Alice Springs, some years ago in helping Anangu women wild harvesters collecting wattleseed and bush tomatoes, by providing them with silos to keep the harvest in ( not the great big ones with beautiful paintings on them- but smaller portable ones to take our bush ) and some processing equipment - an oven and a mill as we recall. The Outback Spirit Foundation offers support at the grassroots level.
We had some wonderful experiences with these amazing women and we love this photo of the beautiful, strong proud women that they represent! Good on you ladies! NPY Women's Council Your lovely photo has had us reminiscing . Thank you for the great times out collecting, the stories and the camaraderie and the generosity of spirit in sharing your knowledge - food is a bridge for everyone to cross and enjoy and learn from each other.
