Just wanted to flag a great instrument repairer who has done some excellent instrument repairs for us.
Alex studied instrument repair at Minnesota State College USA in 2023 and has been working at Sydney Band Instuments since his return to Australia in 2024. He has recently opened his own workshop in Mayfield NSW and is repairing all brass and woodwind instruments.

We had such great support on Anzac Day. Thank you everyone.
Coming up is our annual concert on the Sunday 28th June at Club Forster. Last year was so successful this year will be a similar theme. Some great medleys ... Abba, The Stones, Billy Joel, James Bond, The Lion King.

ALSO ...we are starting a 2nd Band in 3rd Term. A 'B' Band, or Development Band..For beginners and those wanting to play again, both adults and children.
This will give us continuity into the future. PM us if interested or call Neil on 0491301018. We do have some instruments too.

What an amazing turnout for Anzac Day. Although the dawn service experienced a few big down pours,.there were easily 1000 people. And it was a really emotional service.
Big thanks to all the band members who played.
At 10.30 we marched and played along with with many other groups and then the 11 o'clock service was packed as well. Well done Declan on two 'note perfect' Last Posts.
The 11.13 flyover was very cool too.
A very special day for sure.

thank you to Boomerang Bags Forster-Tuncurry who just rang us and made an awesome donation enabling us to buy 2 new arrangements for our Xmas gigs.
All donations go to music, as each arrangement is over $100, and its great for everyone ... players and audiences ... to play new music.
If any other companies would also like a mention ... my mobile is 0491301018
