What a day! 💛

It was an early start at High St South this morning, making sure the bus was stocked, locked, and ready to roll before heading off to Gunbower for our very first Feeding Futures Mobile Food Bank visit.

And what a success it was!

Seeing the community come together, tables emptied, conversations shared, and support reaching the people who need it most… it’s exactly why this initiative was created.

From fresh produce and pantry staples to frozen meals and friendly faces, today reminded us that small acts of kindness can make a huge difference.

Our hearts are full.
Our bodies are sore.
And it was absolutely worth every second.

A huge thank you to everyone who donated, volunteered, supported, shared our posts, or came along today. This is local people feeding local people… and our community should be incredibly proud. 💙

We’ll be back in Gunbower in two weeks! 🚐

💛 Feeding Futures is coming to Mathoura! 💛

We're excited to be making our first-ever visit to Mathoura next week as our Mobile Food Bank crosses the border into NSW to support local families and communities.

📍 Mathoura Business & Visitor Information Centre
📅 Wednesday 17 June
⏰ 11:00am – 1:00pm

We'll be bringing a range of food support, including:
🥕 Fresh produce
🥫 Pantry staples
🍲 Pre-cooked meals

This service is for community members needing a little extra support. No referrals, no judgement - just support.

While we'll be based in Mathoura, families and individuals from surrounding communities are warmly welcome to attend, including residents from Moama, Deniliquin, Wakool, Barham, Bunnaloo, Womboota, Caldwell and nearby areas.

We're proud to be taking Feeding Futures beyond our usual service area and making food support more accessible across our region.

🛍️ Please remember to bring your own bags.

We look forward to meeting the Mathoura community and helping ensure local people have access to the support they need.

📍 We're heading to Gunbower TOMORROW!

The Feeding Futures van will be at Gunbower Memorial Hall tomorrow from 11am–1pm, bringing free support, information, and resources for local families.

While we usually see many families travel to us in Echuca, this time we're bringing our service closer to you! 🚐💚

Families from Gunbower and surrounding communities are warmly invited to attend, including those from Cohuna, Leitchville, Koondrook, Murrabit, Patho, Dingee, and nearby areas.

Come and have a chat, explore what support is available, and connect with our team in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
