Yesterday, Echuca College students stepped into the interview chair as part of the
Real Futures Program – Real Industry Job Interviews (RIJI), gaining valuable
experience and confidence for the future. Thank you to our amazing local business
volunteers who gave their time to support our students. Your expertise and
encouragement helped create a positive and authentic interview experience for our
students. Together, we are building confident, work-ready young people!

Yesterday we celebrated our Beacon students as they pledged their commitment to future training, education or employment.

The ceremony is a wonderful opportunity that brings students, families and industry together to recognise the aspirations of our young people and the support that surrounds them as they take their next steps.

Thank you to our incredible guest speaker and panel members for taking the time out of their busy day to be part of this event.

Beacon student leaders, community members and teachers signed the pathways pledge at a ceremony in front of hundreds.

Another fantastic Beacon Careers Expo wrapped up!
More than 400 Year 9 and 10 students from Echuca and Moama connected with over 40 local industry representatives at the 2026 Beacon Careers Expo.
A big thank you to our schools, businesses, and community partners for making this event possible and supporting young people to dream big and plan for their future.
