On March 8th, 2026, we celebrate International Women’s Day and recognise the incredible women who make our community stronger every day. Today is a chance to acknowledge the dedication, resilience, and generosity of women who support one another, uplift their communities, and quietly make a difference in so many ways.

We are especially proud to celebrate the wonderful members of the CWA, whose commitment, friendship, and tireless work continue to enrich our community. From lending a helping hand to supporting local causes, their contributions never go unnoticed. Today we thank and celebrate all the amazing women who inspire us and make our community a better place.

What a sad sight - just one lonely car seat left!
In the four short weeks since we returned this year, we have already rehomed 37 car seats to families in need - and we currently have 16 more children on our waitlist.
The demand is real, and every seat makes a difference. If you have a fully harnessed car seat (date of manufacture 2018 or newer) that is no longer needed, please consider donating it to us. Your unused seat could mean a child travels safely and a parent breathes a little easier.
Don’t let these seats sit in garages gathering dust! Together we can make sure no child goes without safe transport.
