A huge thank you to everyone that purchased tickets for our Mother's Day raffle at Bingo last night.

Together with food sales in the canteen for the evening, we helped raise $1200 to assist Adam in getting to the National Junior Basketball Championships!

We have a monster raffle for Mother's Day.
Proudly supporting Adam on his WA State Basketball journey.
We are also having Butter Chicken and rice, Chicken Curry and rice and mince for dinner.
Mothers Day raffle Tickets are $2 each, or $5 for 3. Drawn on the night.
Jackpot is slowly getting higher each week!!
Break opens, dabbers, money board, books and flyers, canteen open for light snacks and refreshments (NO ALCOHOL ON THE PREMISES).
We have efptos, but cash preferred to give back in prize winnings.
Doors open at 6pm for an eyes down start of 7pm.
Be there or miss out!
Great night out. Kids aged 12 and up can play also.

We are helping Byford local Adam Diagne fund-raise for a trip to the Basketball Australia National Junior Championships in Bendigo in July!

We will be drawing a Mother's Day gift basket raffle next Friday night at Bingo, with a mix of gifts supplied by the family and from some of our amazing Bingo regulars!

We are also selling tickets to a raffle board with a host of prizes up for grabs, including a YWCA 6 month membership, more gift baskets including sports equipment donated by Lakeside Fresh IGA, and cash prizes. This one will be drawn once the board is full.

Join us next week for a Mother's Day celebration and help raise funds for Adam's trip!

The Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale is offering a free Chair Yoga program for people of all abilities including seniors, people living with disabilities and those facing financial hardship.

They will be running on Thursdays at 11am to 12pm from April 23 to June 25, at the Bill Hicks Reserve pavilion, on the corner of Portwine Avenue and Spearmint Drive, Byford.

Easter can be a difficult time for families struggling with the cost of living. For the 2nd year running, the Rotary Club of Byford & Districts are proud to be donating 30 food hampers to families in need.
Rotarian and school teacher Cam has liased with the chaplains at schools in the area to identify families that would benefit from a little extra at this time of year. With the help of President Chris we packaged them up today ready for delivery to students this week.
This is one of the many projects we raise funds for in our community. Happy Easter everyone ☺️

Today President Chris, Past President Tom and incoming Foundation Chair Stewart attended the District Grants Seminar for 2026. We learned about the processes of applying for District and Global grants, and attendance is required to qualify. There were over 30 clubs represented in the room.

We have successfully applied for District grants in the last few years for our overseas work in Bali, and we are planning a Global grant application in the near future for a water project in Timor-Leste.

Our ongoing fund-raising locally allows us to make a difference both at home and overseas when combined with funds from The Rotary Foundation.

Doors open at 6pm for an eyes down start of 7pm.
Running JACKPOT every week.
Break opens, dobbers and money board.
Canteen open for light snacks and refreshments, both hot and cold.
Strictly NO ALCOHOL on the premises at all.
Books are $20. There are 6 rows in every game and we play 20 games in total.
Flyers are $3 each. There are 6 rows in a flyer.
Eftpos available, cash preferred.
Door prizes up for grabs.
Would love donations of door prizes too if possible 🥰
