The weather is looking clear; we are GOOD TO GO!

Come and hang out with us this Saturday night. There will be S'mores for the fire, sausages and corn cobs on the BBQ, snacks and soft drinks. Heaps of games to keep you entertained. And it's all FREE!!!

The final 24+ hours of Squad Camp was just as epic! We demolished 4 metres of pizza and went up to the top of the Eureka Sky Deck. On our way up we got to do a VR tour of melbs in these cool little egg pod things. Many of us faced our fear of heights by going to the top of Sky Deck and they were really happy they did. We then headed back to Docklands to go to Prison Island. It was heaps of fun and very challenging. After that we hung out in the food court for dinner then jumped a couple of trams to go play at Quiz Rooms. It was just like being on a tv quiz show. So fun. And funny! Then it was back to camp for some downtime before bed. HUGE day!
The next morning we had a visitor who brought the fanciest, yummiest cupcakes for everyone. It was awesome to show Tomorrow Today Foundation EO Jen Jackson around our accommodation and tell her all about what we’d been up to. Then it was time to check out and head to Melbourne Central for one last shop before getting the coach home to Benalla. As one of our happy Squad members said: it was the best week of my life!

It’s been a whirlwind 24+ hours on Squad Camp. So far we’ve got the coach to Melbs, ran around Queen Vic Market and bought stuff to cook dinner. Came back to our home for the next few days at Urban Camp to get comfy and cook taco bowls for everyone and make a yummy dessert of sponge cake, berries and freckles. Then we headed out in the cold to go visit the nocturnal animals at the zoo. It was awesome. We had the whole Royal Melbourne Zoo to ourselves under a full moon. AND all the proceeds of our visit go towards helping preserve some of our most endangered species.

This morning we had an incredible workshop with the brilliant people at Reach and we’re currently eating 4 metres worth of pizza before we head up to the Eureka Sky Deck.

It’s been epic!
