🩸🧛‍♀️ VAMPIRE CUP 2026 IS OFFICIALLY OVER! 🧛‍♂️🩸

A massive THANK YOU to every single person who got involved, whether you donated blood, encouraged your friends or promoted the cause. Every contribution made a difference.

Last year, we reached 203 donations… and this year, we smashed it! We reached a total of 208 donations, with up to 624 lives saved! Massive congratulations to our top 3 branches:

🥇James Cook University Pharmacy Students Association (JCU Pharmacy Student Assoc') with an extraordinary 50 donations
🥈University of Tasmania Association of Pharmacy Students (Tasmanian Association of Pharmacy Students) with 19 donations

This Wound Awareness Week, we are joining the call to raise awareness of wounds, skin health and the importance of early intervention.

So, let’s take a moment to be wound aware! Even small wounds deserve attention. Looking after your skin and treating wounds appropriately can help support healing and prevent complications.

For pharmacy students and future pharmacists, building wound care knowledge is an important part of being equipped to support patients across a range of healthcare settings.

NAPSA and Smith+Nephew are passionate about supporting the next generation of pharmacists with practical wound care education and opportunities to build their knowledge and confidence in wound care.

📢 Pharmacy Students & Intern Pharmacists Wanted – Share Your Experience!

Have you ever experienced difficult, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour from a patient or consumer while on placement, working in pharmacy as a student or during your internship?

We are inviting pharmacy students and intern pharmacists across Australia to take part in a research study exploring experiences of consumer aggression and poor behaviour in pharmacy settings.

💊 What’s involved?
A short anonymous online survey (15–30 minutes)

🎯 Who can participate?
• Pharmacy students currently enrolled in an Australian pharmacy degree
• Pharmacy interns currently undertaking internship training in Australia
• Aged 18 years or older

🔒 Your responses are anonymous and no identifying information is collected. You can skip free-text questions and stop at any time.

🎁 Prize draw (optional):
Enter the draw to win 1 of 4 × $25 electronic gift cards (entry is separate and not linked to survey responses).
