✨ MatChat Sisters | Responding to God’s Invitations ✨

Last Friday, we were blessed to hear from our MatChat mentor, Veronica, who shared her personal journey of responding to God’s invitations and the different ways Christ has called her throughout her life.

She reflected on how God’s invitations can unfold through the different seasons of our lives, inviting us to listen, trust and respond with open hearts. 🌿

A beautiful reminder that God is always inviting us closer to Him, and that our response can grow, deepen and take new shape as He leads us.

Thank you, Veronica, for sharing your story and reminding us to remain open and attentive to where Christ is calling us next. 🤍

This month at MatChat Sisters, we’re coming together to reflect on what it means to recognise God’s invitation in our everyday lives, and to have the courage to say yes,. even when we don’t know where that yes might lead.

🌸What a lovely afternoon we had. Thank you to our speakers Renata, Sister Judith from the Anthony of Padua Sisters and Emily Moore. Your insights to your vocations were lovely to hear, and the crossover between them was amazing.

We learnt about forgiveness, living the Catholic lifestyle, listening to God and taking one step at a time. God knows the desires of your heart and uses your interests and gifts to guide you to where you need to be. ❤️‍🔥

Last Friday was a fabulous night of laughs, learning and community! 🤍

MatChat Sisters collaborated with the Santiago’s Call Pilgrimage for a special evening bringing together both young men and women. We learnt more about St James the Greater through a fun Kahoot ahead of his feast day on 25 July, and prepared for the Feast of the Assumption in August with a beautiful Rosary session.

🌿 ACTION MONTH : Feast of St James (Santiago) 🌿

✨ MatChat Sisters, in collaboration with Santiago's Call Pilgrimage, warmly invites you to our next session! ✨

In celebration of the Feast of Saint James the Greater at the end of July, MatChat Sisters is embracing Action Month, a time to step out in faith, answer God's call, and journey together as pilgrims.

This is an open event, with all males and females welcome to join us for an evening of rosary making, prayer, fellowship, and reflection.

📍 Please BYO snacks and drinks (dinner will not be provided). 📿 $5 contribution to cover rosary-making materials. ✅ Places are limited, and your spot will be confirmed once payment is received.

🗓 Payment deadline: Wednesday, 15 July 📩 DM us for bank details. Please use "Rosary" as your payment reference where possible.

As we honour St James (Santiago), patron of pilgrims, let's take action in our faith and continue walking together towards Christ. We look forward to seeing you there! 🙏💙
