One of the better climate stories you would come across.

Theophilus Delali Dumenyo, Founder of E-Organics in Ghana and Youth4Climate awardee, has profiled 3,803 farmers including 2,278 women, built three automated weather stations, and achieved a 98.2% successful advisory delivery rate, all by combining hyper-local climate intelligence with community training.

With Youth4Climate's support, he expanded this work to northern Ghana in 2026, bringing timely and practical climate guidance to farmers who previously made critical seasonal decisions with little to no localized information.

What does it actually mean to scale a youth-led climate solution? The growth can take different shapes and move in different directions.

✅ In Nepal, a youth-led composting project scaled up, as it has gone on to shape a municipality's next budget.

✅ In Ghana, a single cold-storage unit scaled out, growing into a multi-community operation backed by international funding.

✅ In the Philippines, a career guidance toolkit is scaling deep, shifting how students think about their own future.

These are the stories of three awardees and three different paths to impact.

Last week, Youth4Climate partnered with Università Iuav di Venezia to bring together students from architecture, urban planning, design and visual arts for a hands-on workshop during Venice Climate Week.

The question on the table: how can architectural design respond to climate adaptation? Not just technically, but spatially, socially, aesthetically.

Working in interdisciplinary groups, participants developed concepts rooted in place, community and resilience, then tested them against real-world conditions.

How can mentors contribute to the Youth4Climate Mentorship Programme 2026?

At the heart of the programme is one-to-one mentorship: all selected mentors will be matched with one awardee and are expected to provide a minimum of 2 hours per month of tailored support.

Depending on their expertise and availability, mentors may also contribute through:

➡️ Theory in Practice talks
➡️ Investor Showcases and Scaling Pathways

A flexible model designed to combine consistent support for awardees with additional ways for mentors to share expertise.
