Five cities. One event. Multiple connections. 🇮🇹

From 19 to 23 October, around 60 young climate innovators from across the world will travel through Italy to explore its leading climate innovation ecosystems.

Swipe to follow the route 👉

📍 Milano: Innovation, partnerships and scaling climate solutions. We start here with Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana, Generali/The Human Safety Net and One Ocean Foundation, with Comune di Milano as institutional partner.
📍 Venice: Cities, design, oceans and climate adaptation. A city shaped by water and climate vulnerability welcomes us alongside Università Iuav di Venezia, UNESCO, Generali/The Human Safety Net and UNDP Local Action.
📍 Bologna: Science, data and climate intelligence. Gruppo Hera and Tetra Pak join us to show how research and implementation drive real change.
📍 Napoli: Digital innovation and sustainable food systems. Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II hosts us to explore practical solutions for food and resilience.
📍 Rome: Policy, partnerships and global leadership. All our innovators come together for the Youth4Climate Awards Ceremony 🏆, where we celebrate the 2026 awardees. The next day, the tour culminates at the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO).

Thank you to every institution that made this event possible.

Two days to go! Restoring Land, Restoring Hope: Connecting the Three COPs

What happens when we connect the agendas of climate, biodiversity, and land restoration?

Join Youth4Climate for Session 2 of the Make It Make Sense Learning Series, where we’ll unpack the connections between the three Rio Conventions and explore what they mean for young people and youth-led action.

From the outcomes of UNCCD COP17 to the upcoming C*D COP17 and UNFCCC COP31, we’ll look at how young people can connect these global processes and turn international priorities into action on the ground.

Together, they’ll bring perspectives from global environmental governance, youth constituencies, and youth-led solutions, helping us explore how the three COP agendas connect and what this means for young people.
