Tomorrow, the official HHH Kick-off of our Holistic Healthy Habits programme. We would like to personally invite you once again to join us for this opening event. 🌿

HHH is a structured programme for women in life transitions — developed together by Women Lead Community, Action for Happiness German-speaking Hub for Action for Happiness German-speaking Hub Germany, the Yippie Community and Leadership Associates, and co-funded by the European Union.

Healthy habits. Holistically designed. The programme consists of 13 modules and focuses on small steps toward sustainable habit-building in different areas of life. It has been developed and is accompanied by experts from our communities, who bring their knowledge, experience and warmth into the programme.

It is about learning with women who support one another — with real life in mind.

In this episode of 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗯𝗹𝘂𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗶𝗯𝗲𝗿, we Gabriele Presslinger-Bukovica and Angelika Pohnitzer, talked with our hosts Alexandra Reis and Bettina Dworatzek about navigating big changes in life — without losing ourselves along the way.

What makes this retreat different from so many other retreats or business events?

It is not built around the idea that you need to be fixed on a certain outcome.

Women are on the verge of becoming (or already are) the stewards of an enormous share of global wealth—yet so many of us still default to “keeping money safe” in a bank account.
Women are on the verge of becoming (or already are) the stewards of an enormous share of global wealth—yet so many of us still default to “keeping money safe” in a bank account.

But here’s the thing: 𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞.

A few reflections that keep coming up in conversations:
➡️Many of us grew up without role models for investing (or even for having full financial agency).
➡️Confidence gaps are real: men often assume “I can,” while women, just as capable, hesitate.
➡️Time, energy, and unpaid care work shape what feels possible.
➡️Entrepreneurship is often about flexibility and identity, not just money.
➡️We tend to undervalue our expertise and overestimate risk.

If you want a simple, low-drama starting point, diversified investing (e.g., broad ETFs) is often discussed as a lower-risk approach—especially with a 5+ year horizon.

And the real unlock? Habits. Make it easy. Automate. Repeat
