The Knowledge Project is a joint initiative between the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation (MBRF) who both share a vision of promoting and strengthening knowledge-based sustainable development. Established in 2008, the Knowledge Project initiatives to date include the Global Knowledge Index, the Future of Knowledge Foresight Reports, Arab

Strong schools don't always translate into strong post-school outcomes.

Across 160 countries, only 11 countries perform better in TVET and Higher education than they do in Pre-university education. Meanwhile, 93% of countries see a decline in performance after school, pointing to persistent challenges in preparing learners for higher education and the workforce.

من بين 160 دولة، لا تحقق سوى 11 دولة أداءً أفضل في التعليم التقني والتدريب المهني والتعليم العالي مقارنة بأدائها في التعليم قبل الجامعي. وفي المقابل، تشهد 93% من الدول تراجعاً في الأداء بعد المرحلة المدرسية، مما يشير إلى وجود تحديات مستمرة في إعداد المتعلمين للالتحاق بالتعليم العالي ودخول سوق العمل.
