المزيد من النساء يدخلن إلى سوق العمل في منطقة الدول العربية، لكن وتيرة التغيير ما تزال متفاوتة بشكل كبير بين دولة وأخرى.

بين عامي 2010 و2025، سجلت المملكة العربية السعودية أعلى ارتفاع في مشاركة المرأة في القوى العاملة بين 10 دول عربية، تلتها جزر القمر، وقطر، والإمارات العربية المتحدة، وتونس.

برأيكم، ما الخطوة الأهم التي يمكن أن تتخذها دولتكم لتمكين المزيد من النساء من الانخراط في سوق العمل؟
More women are entering the workforce across parts of the Arab States region, but the pace of change is far from equal.

From 2010 to 2025, Saudi Arabia recorded the strongest rise in female labour force participation among 10 Arab States, followed by Comoros, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, and Tunisia.

Post-secondary non-tertiary education is the only level where female participation slightly exceeds that of males. Across most other education levels, gender gaps persist, with the largest disparity appearing at the bachelor's level, where women's participation remains relatively lower.

The data show that expanding access is only part of the equation. Ensuring equitable participation across all stages of education remains a critical challenge.

يعد التعليم ما بعد الثانوي غير الجامعي المستوى الوحيد الذي تتجاوز فيه مشاركة الإناث مشاركة الذكور بشكل طفيف. أما في معظم المراحل التعليمية الأخرى، فلا تزال الفجوات بين الجنسين قائمة، وتبرز أكبرها في مرحلة البكالوريوس، حيث تبقى مشاركة النساء أقل نسبياً.
