The Women’s Trust (TWT) in collaboration with Tag a Life International (TALI) are implementing a component of the programme on ending Gender Based Violence (GBV) with support from UN Women, The Ministry of Women Affairs Gender and Community Development (MWAGCD) and the Royal Denmark Ministry of Foreign Affairs International Development Cooperation (DANIDA). The Women’s Trust as the lead organizati

on worked with TALI on the establishment of a holistic and sustainable, vibrant and functional platform of young Members of Parliament, Junior Parliamentarians, Gender Equality (GE) activists, media practitioners and young women and adolescent girls from diverse sectors advocating for ending GBV. The goal of the advocacy platform is to champion and advocate for zero tolerance to violence against adolescent girls and young women, speak against the culture of silence and influence policy on the issues emerging from the different areas.
