Chance4all CHANCE is a Registered Non-Profit Entity under the Zambian law.

Our aim is to identify children with genuine educational needs and find sponsors willing to assist them. We are a small group of people from different countries and backgrounds, who have been in close contact with child education in Zambia from various perspectives (volunteering, professional activities, fund raising etc) for a number of years. The common denominator we have is our singular passio

n to give children a chance and a right to Education.Since we arrived in Zambia we have repeatedly encountered many number of children out of school, both in Primary and Secondary cycle, mainly for economic reasons. The estimated number of children out of school in Zambia is 800,000, as recently estimated by FAWE (http://zambia24.com/news/2017/08/23/89-million-african-children-are-out-of-school-fawe/).We believe that the Right to Education is a basic and universal human right, and that no child should ever be prevented from access to it. We know that Zambian Government is undertaking commendable initiatives in this regard, some of them with the financial support of international donors and under the auspices of UN initiatives but we are hoping to locate those children that fall through the gap.Our medium-term objective is to expand our Sponsorship Scheme first to other low income compounds in Lusaka, then to other areas of Zambia where there are high incidences of out of school childrenOur long-term dream is that we will not be needed anymore and that the children of today are able to build a country where every child, boy or girl, wakes up every morning to join a school class with books under his/her arm and aspire to realise their dreams, whatever they may be..

Chance4All recently conducted its second Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) Workshop for Term 2 at Chinkuli Secondary School in Chongwe.

Learners actively participated in engaging discussions on Menstrual Hygiene Management, Mental Health, Drug Abuse Awareness, and Climate Change, demonstrating a strong eagerness to learn and grow.

One of the workshop’s most exciting outcomes was the school’s commitment to establishing pupil-led clubs focused on these topics, creating opportunities for learners to continue learning, support one another, and promote awareness within their school community.

Together, we’re equipping young people with the knowledge and life skills they need to build healthier, informed, and brighter futures. 🌱

Every child deserves the opportunity to dream—and the support to achieve those dreams. 💛

Nathan joined the Chance4All sponsorship programme in 2017 at just nine years old. After experiencing the loss of a parent and growing up without a parental figure, he found more than educational support at Chance4All—he found encouragement, guidance, and a community that believed in him.

Now in Form 2, Nathan continues to excel academically and is one of our most dedicated learners. Through educational sponsorship and counselling, he has grown in confidence and resilience, always striving to do his best.

Nathan dreams of one day becoming President of the Republic of Zambia or a priest—a reflection of his desire to serve others and make a positive difference in his country.

Every educational opportunity has the power to change a life. 💛

When Barbara joined Chance4All in 2017, she had already missed three years of school because of financial challenges after her family relocated to Lusaka. With access to sponsorship, weekly tuition, and a supportive community, she was able to return to school, rebuild her confidence, and successfully complete Grade 12 in 2025.

Today, Barbara has begun her midwifery training in Kabwe, taking the next step toward her dream of serving others through healthcare. Even before starting college, she chose to give back by tutoring younger Chance4All learners—a reflection of the kindness and hope she received along the way.

Barbara's journey is a powerful reminder that when a child is given the opportunity to learn, that opportunity can create a ripple effect that reaches an entire community.

Chance4All proudly celebrated Memory’s graduation — a powerful milestone of perseverance, hope, and opportunity.

After passing her Grade 9 exams, Memory’s education was interrupted by financial hardship. Her dream of continuing school seemed out of reach — until she joined Chance4All in 2018. From that moment, her journey transformed.

With support and mentorship, she worked hard and stayed committed. Her graduation is not just a personal triumph, but a symbol of what’s possible when determination meets opportunity.

The celebration was filled with pride and joy as teachers, mentors, and the Chance4All team reflected on her inspiring progress.
