What a privilege it was to serve as a chaperone at Craven Week 2025 and witness God moving in the lives of young athletes.

From powerful team devotions and answered prayers to moments of protection, healing, and life-changing conversations, God exceeded every expectation. One of the greatest highlights was seeing players discover their worth in Christ and begin a genuine relationship with Jesus.

Leadership is not about having a title, wearing the captain’s armband, or being the loudest voice in the room.

True leadership is about influence, service, and setting an example that points others toward excellence and Christ.

✅ Serve others before yourself.
✅ Let your actions speak louder than your words.
✅ Encourage and build up your teammates.
✅ Stay humble in both success and failure.
✅ Be courageous when others need someone to lead.

What started as a week of serving became a life-changing experience.

Through brotherhood, discipleship, prayer, and serving young athletes, Connor saw God at work both on and off the rugby field. His faith was strengthened, lives were impacted, and relationships were built that continue beyond the tournament.

Every athlete faces difficult seasons—injuries, setbacks, disappointments, self-doubt, or moments when giving up feels easier than pushing forward.

But often, the toughest seasons become the most transformative.

🏃‍♂️ Growth happens in the struggle.
🎯 Your current situation is not your final destination.
🔥 Consistency matters more than motivation.
🤝 God is with you in every setback.
👀 Keep your eyes on the bigger picture.

What an incredible start to Global Impact 2026! 🙌

It is wonderful to experience God bringing people together from different nations, cultures, and backgrounds with one purpose: to know Christ and make Him known. Through fellowship, training, worship, and serving together, we have already witnessed God’s faithfulness at work.
