Today, 17 October 2026, Stellenbosch Cancer Warriors hosted our ๐’๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฏ๐ข๐ฏ๐จ๐ซ ๐Œ๐ž๐ž๐ญ & ๐†๐ซ๐ž๐ž๐ญ โ€“ ๐’๐ก๐š๐๐ž๐ฌ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐๐ข๐ง๐ค,, and what a beautiful and meaningful afternoon it was! ๐ŸŽ—๏ธ๐ŸŒท

Our hearts are full of gratitude as we reflect on a day filled with connection, courage, laughter, shared stories and the reminder that none of us has to walk this journey alone.

Itโ€™s been a week since our ๐๐ฅ๐จ๐จ๐ฆ ๐ข๐ง ๐‡๐จ๐ฉ๐ž ๐‡๐ข๐ ๐ก ๐“๐ž๐š, and we have found ourselves thinking about the day over and over again.

What a beautiful afternoon it was filled with laughter, heartfelt conversations, beautiful friendships, emotional moments and so much love.

To everyone who attended our High Tea, thank you for choosing to spend the afternoon with us and, most importantly, for showing your support for our cancer survivors. Your presence meant more than you may realise.

To our generous sponsors, donors and supporters thank you for believing in what we do and for helping us create a day that our Warriors will remember for a long time.

To the many people who worked behind the scenes setting up, decorating, preparing, organising, donating, packing, serving and helping wherever needed we see you and we appreciate every single thing you did.

And to our Warriors and survivors thank you for being there, for sharing your stories, your smiles and your strength. You are at the heart of everything we do.

A special thank you to everyone who helped make Bloom in Hope more than just a High Tea. Together, we created a space where people could connect, feel supported, celebrate life and remind one another that even through difficult seasons, hope continues to bloom.

We were especially blessed by Aunty Linda Martin, one of our founder members, who shared a powerful message from Godโ€™s Word, reminding us of the importance of faith, prayer, taking care of our bodies, releasing our worries to God, encouraging one another and showing love and compassion.

Her message was a beautiful reminder that, even through difficult times, we do not walk this journey alone. God is with us, and we can continue to trust Him, pray together and support one another. โค๏ธ๐Ÿ™
