Most schools hand out twenty badges, send learners on a hike and call that leadership development.
The GLS Leadership Summit starts somewhere else — with the fact that every learner in the room is already leading something. A friendship group. A team. A group chat. A younger sibling copying how they handle things.
And leadership and relationships are the same muscle. A learner who can hold a boundary, say no, or stand by what they value doesn't just handle peer pressure better — they become the person a friendship group looks to when things get hard. Multiply that across a grade and you don't just get better leaders. You get a school where respect is the default, not the exception.
Nobody has trained them for either. The GLS Leadership Summit is a full or half day at your school for a whole grade or group. Practical, values-based leadership, conflict resolution, emotional regulation and the confidence to hold a boundary — taught to every learner, not the few with titles.
Grades 5–12. Budgets for 2027 are being set right now. Comment BUDGET below and we'll send you the one-pager to take into the meeting.
