At each Bootcamp, we try new ways of bringing different aspects of sport and wellness. This time local instructor Jessica Smit brought something new: a Pilates-style warm-up. She showed how flexibility and focus can boost performance and prevent injuries. She inspired our young athletes to Start Something New by stepping out of their comfort zones and strengthening both body and mind.
